Who Runs This Directory and Why Did They Start It?
The creator and administrator of Lake Gaston Online is Lori Fogarsi, an author and former small business consultant, website designer, and Certified Master Dog Trainer, who has been successfully self-employed since 1993. Having owned a home on Lake Gaston since 2008, she has experienced the frustration of not being able to find area businesses or connect with others from afar. Excited that more local people are getting online, and seeing a need for a more robust online community, she decided to go ahead and develop Lake Gaston Online. It is her hope that businesses and people will find this an invaluable resource for getting–and staying–connected to other people and businesses around Lake Gaston.
