Here is where we provide you with a whole bunch on nonsense that is of interest to nearly no one, but is required to be provided by law. Gripping reading. Yeah, um… Enjoy?
Privacy: Your information will never be sold and will never be shared in an administrative fashion (eg; giving out your name, phone, or email address to anyone for any reason.) All pages in the website, including the directory, may be shared on social media by anyone.
Business Directory: We strive for our directory to be an up-to-date, complete resource for people to find things online. Therefore, we reserve the right to delete from the directory any business for any reason, including but not limited to: incorrect contact information, disconnected phone numbers or email addresses, or incomplete/incorrect information. If a business has paid for an upgrade and we deem it necessary to remove it, we will attempt to contact the business to refund their upgrade on a prorated basis. If the business is not able to be reached for this prorated refund, then no refund will be given, but their automatic billing will not renew.
Billing/Payment for Directory Upgrades or Advertising: All renewals take place automatically, unless you cancel. You will be notified via email that your listing is renewing and it is your responsibility to check your email and cancel if you so choose.
Complimentary Ad Design: Some of our advertising offerings may include free design of your ad. Complimentary ad design includes up to 1 hour of design work. This is more than enough to put together a fantastic ad, but should it require more than that, design services will be billed at $25 per hour in 15 minute increments.
Communications With Advertisers/Business Directory Listers/Writers/Anyone: All communications take place via email. We are not responsible for any problems/changes/issues of any kind that result from you not checking your email, or not responding on the rare occasion that we may contact you.
Submissions: We accept complete article submissions from writers. We reserve the right to accept or not accept any of these submissions. No payment is offered for articles at this time. If your article is accepted, the material becomes the property of LKG Online. It maybe published on the blog, shared on social media, referenced in posts, etc. All communications between writers and LKG Online occur via email. If your submission is not accepted, it is our policy to decline via email, however, if we become extremely busy, we may elect not to send out email declines.
Facebook Page and Group: We strive to provide a complete online resource for people and businesses to connect, including our Facebook Page and our Facebook Group. We reserve the right to delete any posts/comments for any reason, including inappropriate or insulting language, misuse of group rules, argumentative behavior, or any other reason whatsoever. In addition, we are not responsible for any hurt feelings, missed posts, or any other nonsense in any way, shape, or form. In short, be nice!

What personal data is collected and why?
Comments
(This is not something that “we” do, but rather the computer thingamajiggy that makes the site work.) When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media
If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
Contact forms
If you contact us we will reply. If you do not “opt in” to our mailing list, we will not contact you other than to reply to your initiated contact.
Cookies
More stuff handled by the computer thingamajiggy… If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
More stuff handled by the computer thingamajiggy…If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Regulatory disclosure requirements
We may, now or in the future, partake in affiliate programs.
